Bartenders fill drink orders from customers. They must know a wide range of drink recipes and be able to mix them correctly and quick. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. They also must work well with all the staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service. They must become familiar with the ingredients for special mix requests and be able to work quickly to handle numerous drink orders.
